Couples Workshop

with Family First Therapy

Details

Based on the New York Times bestseller, The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work by Dr. John Gottman. Enhance your relationship, communicate more effectively, learn tools to last a lifetime. A renewed perspective and tips for your relationship.

Your hosts will guide you through understanding what can help your relationship thrive. Each core need is discussed by and role-played by Steve and Naima. Then you and your partner get to break-off privately to practice each skill.

All couples will receive two workbooks (one for each partner). The workbook will include activities we do at the workshop, as well as at home activities couples can easily do to continue to boost their relationship and what’s learned at the workshop.

Don’t worry, nobody will be asked to disclose any personal information about their relationship to others. Instead, you get to work honestly and openly with your partner, privately and in real-time based on the tools presented.
