We offer two primary ways to begin, depending on what you need right now.
Weekly Therapy
Consistent support for individuals, couples, and families looking to create steady, meaningful change over time. Sessions are typically 45–90 minutes, depending on your needs and preferences, with flexibility to adjust as our work evolves.
Intensive Therapy
Focused, extended sessions that allow us the time to stay with what’s important, work through challenges in real time, and build momentum that for some can feel harder to access in weekly visits.

Where We Meet
We are a primarily virtual practice, allowing for greater flexibility, consistency, and comfort in your day-to-day life. Many clients find that meeting virtually makes therapy easier to integrate into the realities of their schedule and life.
For those who prefer in-person sessions, we offer sessions in select outdoor locations throughout Savannah. Whether walking or sitting in a quiet, natural setting, many clients find that these environments create a more relaxed and grounded space for meaningful conversation.
Whether virtual or in person, our goal is the same: to meet you where real, focused work can happen.
