Therapy for Individuals, Couples & Families
Therapy tailored to your needs, goals, and preferences.
We work with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of experiences and challenges, including relationship and communication issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, school-related stress, ADHD, autism, and family dynamics.
Some clients come in knowing exactly what they’re looking for-whether that’s a specific approach or a particular focus-while others are simply looking for a place to start. We’re comfortable working from both places.`
Our approach is flexible and grounded in what will be most helpful for you. Some people reach out knowing exactly what they need, while others simply know that something isn’t working anymore. Both are perfectly okay.
Individual Therapy
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, or simply feeling stuck, individual therapy provides a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence.
Couples Therapy
If you’re feeling disconnected, arguing over the same things, struggling with trust, experiencing less intimacy, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, couples therapy provides a space to better understand one another, improve communication, and create lasting change.
Family Therapy
Family therapy creates space to better understand one another, improve communication, and work through challenges together. We work with families navigating parenting stress, life transitions, conflict, behavioral concerns, and changing family dynamics.
Teen Therapy
Family therapy focuses on helping family members better understand one another, strengthen their relationships, and learn to work through challenges more effectively so you can move forward as a family.
ADHD & Austism Support
We work with individuals and families navigating ADHD, autism, school-related challenges, emotional regulation, communication difficulties, and major life transitions. Our approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to the unique needs of each person and family.
Intensive Therapy
Intensive therapy offers extended sessions for individuals, couples, and families wanting more focused time and momentum than weekly therapy sometimes allows. This format can be especially helpful for ongoing conflict, major transitions, or situations where deeper work would benefit from more time and continuity.
Sessions are typically 45–90 minutes, depending on your needs and preferences.
Some clients prefer shorter, more frequent sessions, while others find that having more time allows for a more complete and less rushed experience. We’ll work with you to find a structure that fits, and we’ll also offer our input if adjusting session length may better support your work.
Looking for a More Focused Approach?
In some situations, it can be helpful to have more time and space to focus on what’s most important without stopping and starting each week.
We offer intensive therapy options for individuals, couples, and families who want a more extended format. These sessions allow us to stay engaged with the work, process things in real time, and build meaningful momentum across a longer period of time together.

Investment & Insurance
“Choosing a therapist is about fit. Not just session length or cost.”
We are a private pay practice, meaning we don’t take insurance. This allows us the flexibility to provide care without many of the restrictions insurance companies often place on treatment planning, session length, and how therapy is provided.
If you have out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to provide documentation (superbills) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
If you have questions about fees or how this works, we’re happy to talk through it with you.
Getting Started
If you’re ready to begin, or even just thinking about it, the next step is reaching out.
We’ll help you determine what makes the most sense based on your needs, preferences, and availability.
