Therapy Options
We offer a few different ways to work together, depending on what you’re looking for and how you prefer to engage in the process.
For many people, weekly therapy is the best place to start. For others, a more focused and extended format may be more helpful.
Weekly Therapy
Weekly therapy provides consistent support for individuals, couples, and families looking to create meaningful change over time.
Many clients find that meeting regularly helps create a sense of accountability, builds momentum, and allows us to work through challenges as they come up in real life-not just in theory.
Our work is collaborative and tailored to your specific needs and goals, while also offering guidance and direction.
Sessions are typically 45–90 minutes, depending on your needs and preferences.
Some clients prefer shorter, more frequent sessions, while others find that having more time allows for a more complete and less rushed experience. We’ll work with you to find a structure that fits, and we’ll also offer our input if adjusting session length may better support your work.
Who We Work With
We work with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of experiences and challenges, including relationship and communication issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, school-related stress, ADHD, autism, and family dynamics.
Some clients come in knowing exactly what they’re looking for-whether that’s a specific approach or a particular focus-while others are simply looking for a place to start. We’re comfortable working from both places.`
Our approach is flexible and grounded in what will be most helpful for you, rather than fitting you into a single model or method.
Looking for a More Focused Approach?
In some situations, it can be helpful to have more time and space to focus on what’s most important without stopping and starting each week.
We offer intensive therapy options for individuals, couples, and families who want a more extended format. These sessions allow us to stay engaged with the work, process things in real time, and build meaningful momentum across a longer period of time together.

Investment & Insurance
“Choosing a therapist is about fit. Not just session length or cost.”
We are a private pay practice and do not bill insurance directly allowing us to provide more personalized, flexible, and in-depth care without the limitations that insurance companies often place on treatment length, diagnosis, and session structure.
If you have out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to provide documentation (superbills) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
If you have questions about fees or how this works, we’re happy to talk through it with you.
