Individual Therapy

Is it time to talk to someone?

It may be if you…

  • Feel overwhelmed or like you’re just “holding it together” with work, family, or the competing demands of everyday life.
  • Find yourself overthinking, second-guessing decisions, or struggling with self-confidence.
  • Keep falling into the same unhealthy relationships or situations.
  • Want to respond differently to stress instead of feeling like you’re constantly reacting.
  • Are navigating ADHD, executive functioning challenges, or difficulty staying organized, focused, or on top of everyday responsibilities.
  • Are working through grief, loss, or another difficult experience.
  • Feel like something isn’t working, even if you can’t quite explain why.
  • Want a better understanding of yourself, your relationships, recurring patterns in your life in order to move forward and create a more fulfilling life.

Creating a Clear Plan

Therapy is most effective when we have a clear understanding of where you are, where you’d like to be, and what’s getting in the way. We’ll work together to identify meaningful goals, explore the patterns influencing your life, and develop a thoughtful plan that keeps our work focused and intentional.

Along the way, therapy may be supportive, challenging, practical, and exploratory. Rather than simply talking about problems, we’ll work toward measurable progress that helps create lasting change.

What Therapy Looks Like

Sessions are available in 45, 60, and 90-minute formats, with most clients meeting weekly or every other week, depending on their goals and needs.

We primarily meet virtually throughout Georgia, while also offering outdoor sessions throughout Savannah and, in some cases, therapy in your home. Individual intensive therapy is also available when additional time and focus would be beneficial.

Therapy doesn’t begin and end when the session is over. Between appointments, we’ll often identify specific ideas to reflect on, skills to practice, or actions to take so the work continues beyond our time together and builds from one session to the next.

Intensive Therapy

Some situations simply call for a different approach. Individual intensive therapy offers extended sessions for those who prefer longer, more focused conversations, have demanding schedules that make attending weekly or bi-weekly appointments difficult, or are only in Savannah for a limited time and want to make the most of their stay.
