What To Expect
Everything you need to know before your first appointment.
We offer several ways to meet, making therapy easier to fit more naturally into your life and schedule. While most clients meet virtually, we also offer outdoor sessions throughout Savannah and, in some cases, therapy in your home.
Virtual
Most appointments take place virtually, allowing clients to meet from wherever is most convenient and comfortable for them.
In Person
We offer walk-and-talk and seated outdoor sessions in select locations throughout Savannah for those who prefer meeting in person.
At Home
When appropriate, we also offer therapy in your home. This option can be especially helpful for clients whose goals or circumstances are better supported in their own environment.
Intensive
For intensive therapy, many clients travel to Savannah from across Georgia and beyond. Sessions are thoughtfully planned around your visit and may take place outdoors or at your hotel or Airbnb, depending on what best supports the work.
Some situations benefit from having more time and space to stay with the work. Intensive therapy offers extended sessions for individuals, couples, and families, allowing us to explore important conversations more fully and make meaningful progress in a focused setting.
Whether you’re navigating ongoing conflict, a significant life transition, or simply want a more focused approach, intensive therapy may be worth considering.
We are a private pay practice, allowing us to provide thoughtful, individualized care without many of the limitations insurance companies can place on treatment. If you have out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
45-Minute Session: $150
60-Minute Session: $180
90-Minute Session: $
HSA and FSA cards are accepted. If you’d like to better understand insurance, private pay, out-of-network benefits, or what questions to ask your insurance provider, you can learn more here.
Life happens, and we understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Because your therapist has reserved that time specifically for you, late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee. You can find our complete cancellation policy in our Practice Policies.
