Carrington Woods
Carrington works with those who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or like they’re holding everything together on the outside while struggling underneath.
Many of the clients she works with are used to pushing through, managing multiple responsibilities, and trying to live up to expectations that don’t always feel right for them. Over time, this can lead to anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and a sense of being stuck in the same emotional or relational cycles.
Her work focuses on helping clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and past experiences. By slowing things down and creating space to sit with what’s coming up, she helps clients recognize patterns, make sense of their reactions, and begin responding in a way that feels more aligned and intentional.
She may be a good fit if you:
- Feel stuck in the same emotional or relational cycles
- Struggle with anxiety, uncertainty, or overthinking
- Tend to people-please or avoid conflict until things build up
- Feel like you’re doing everything “right,” but still feel overwhelmed
- Want to better understand yourself and how you respond to things
Carrington’s approach is grounded, thoughtful, and honest. If you’re feeling unsure about reaching out, that’s completely normal. Starting something new can feel uncomfortable, but that doesn’t mean it’s the wrong step.
